On Friday, December 19th, Lance William Green was sentenced 16 years for stabbing Jeffery Owen Gardiner who later died from his wounds.Green says it was in self defense and that Gardiner died due to Medical Malpractice in treating the wound.
The incident happened in sleepy little north Upland between San Antonio and Mountain just north of 19th.
