Sign-ups for Upland Hilltoppers are Wednesday, 1/7, 7PM and Upland Jr. High and also Saturday, Jan. 10 from 9AM-12PM at Upland Jr. High
Many study's show that women that participated in youth sports when they were young are more confident, successful, (etc) adults.
