I hate Graffiti. I wish cities were more active in catching and punishing these idiots. If you see that some fool has tagged up our fair town, please call Upland's Graffiti Hotline at (909) 931-4127 ASAP.
If you know who did it please carve the letter G into their forehead.
Taggers are one only step above the people who take shopping carts off of store property on my list of town terrorists.
