All summer whenever I see a good deal on steak I'll be passing it along. Today, Stater Bros. has Top Sirloin for 1.97 per lb. Not a bad deal. Seventy six employees of the Upland Unified School District were handed lay-off notices in March and now 45 of those notices have been recinded.
